Implement remaining shorthand expansions

There are currently two shorthand expansion algorithms implemented in lib/utils/shorthandExpansion.js. These cover the majority of shorthand properties, but not all of them. The properties not yet covered include:

• grid-area
• grid-column
• grid-gap
• grid-row
• grid-template
• mask
