Description

Here is my first pass at an install page and front website page. I'm working on trying to make graphics for our pages so they are clearer and eye-catching. I'm curious to hear what you think.

A few notes:

• I distilled the install directions down to 4 steps. These steps are consistent across all operating systems. The only OS specific task is installing miniconda, but I think that is straightforward enough from the webpage.
• I've added questions to the FAQs that may come up during installation.
• I've added a personal quote as the opening line to the webpage. I'm put the message in quotes because it voices my perspective on the purpose of this webpage succinctly. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts. I don't mind removing it if y'all think its tacky.

P.S. I expect there to be language/grammar issues--I didn't spend too much time editing grammar.
