• titleRegenerationFailure / ThreadTitleRegenerationFailure retained through the durable-title port
• Cursor ACP extension files remain deleted (fork SDK migration); empty adapt commit records the N/A cherry-pick

Verification

vp check and vp run typecheck pass; focused reactor/prompts/Claude text-gen and permessage-deflate tests green.
