• Pinning migration renumbered: upstream 036_ProjectionThreadsPinned → fork 038_ProjectionThreadsPinned at runtime id 41, so fork title-failure migrations 39/40 stay intact
• Mobile snooze capability checks keep fork optional-environment semantics while adding pinningSupported
• Contracts keep titleRegenerationFailure alongside new pinnedAt
