Refactor

• Rewrite pretty much the whole module
• • Add database indexes from Allows querying DynamoDB instead of scanning #7
• • Add feature to disable table creation
• • Add feature to support custom table configuration
• Lint & Format all the code with ruff
• Switch from pip to uv
• Rewrite all the tests
• • Use model.conf from the official repo
• • Split the e2e test into rbac and rbac with domain
• • Use unit test classes to hold the test cases
• Add a few more vscode extensions
