Standardize terminology to use 'signal agent' (MCP servers) instead of 'signal platform'. Replace ambiguous 'injective platforms' with concrete examples (SSPs, ad servers). Add glossary entries for Decisioning Platform, Signal Agent, Sales Agent, and SSP. Update related definitions to reference decisioning platform consistently.

Standardize terminology around signal agents (MCP servers) and decisioning platforms. This PR replaces "signal platform" with "signal agent", removes ambiguous "injective platforms" references, and adds new glossary entries for Decisioning Platform, Signal Agent, Sales Agent, and SSP.
Changes improve clarity in architecture documentation and align terminology with the MCP-based design of the protocol.
