Cette librairie, en plus d'être plus maintenue, permet l'utilisation d'extensions, qui ouvrent des portes dans la rédaction des articles (par exemple du rendu de code avec coloration).
Il peut y avoir de petites différences de rendu, notamment si le markdown n'est pas totalement valide, commonmark étant plus strict.
J'ai fait une comparaison de rendu des articles de la prod et il y en a peu qui changent. Et c'est principalement les marqueurs du texte en gras qui sont mal placés.
Par exemple avec parsedown, le mot
ipsumsera bien rendu en gras :Avec commonmark, il ne faut pas qu'il y ait d'espace avant le marqueur de clôture :
Cette PR ne touche pas aux autres endroits où il y a du rendu markdown pour faciliter la review et l'impact (il y a aussi le CFP, la page d'infos speakers, etc).
Je verrais ça dans d'autres PRs.
