Fixes ADA-115
PR 1 of 4: removes all 13 preview_* MCP tools plus the preview-tool-exclusive broker, WebSocket transport, renderer automation host, capability, and dead contracts. The collaborative browser UI and desktop-local preview manager/IPC remain.
