[codex] Fix Android prerelease APK generation

• increase the generated Android Gradle daemon memory budget for release builds
• write expo-widget display/description strings into Android values resources during prebuild
• share the AgentActivity widget config between expo-widgets and the local Android string-resource plugin

Validation

• clean Expo Android prebuild for preview appVersion prerelease metadata
• local Android Gradle release build: ./gradlew :app:assembleRelease --stacktrace
• pnpm exec vp run lint:mobile
• pnpm exec vp check
• pnpm exec vp run typecheck
• factory pre-commit gate: static checks + Codex autoreview clean
