Inorganic nanoparticles toxicity prediction

Quantitative prediction of inorganic nanomaterial cellular toxicity via Machine Learning.

Directory basic_models contains Python files for models seen during model selection process.

Directory final_model contains Python file ligthgbm_model.py - the main result of the work, and the dataset for model training and evaluation.

Directory statistics contains Python file stats.py, in which statistical analysis is performed.
