Feat: Add pip_url support in CLI

Realized when I went to replace the legacy airbyte-lib-validate-source CLI that airbyte-ci calls that the legacy CLI expects a connector directory. Pip URL can play this role.

Once migrated to this new CLI, we can delete the validate.py module in PyAirbyte.
