they dont work if extension is on but replace thumb is disabled, disabling the extension and all is back to working.
havent checked if the ' replaced ' thumbs work but hey doesnt matter extension unusable anyways

Doesn't work for me if extension is enabled period in Edge but works fine in Chromium. Tried resetting settings, disabling DeArrow with the big toggle, disabling random extensions, and so on. The only thing that works is disabling DeArrow.

This is happening on Firefox and Floorp as well.

Version 2.0.5, on the latest versions of Firefox and Floorp. If the extension is enabled at all, thumbnails do not render, even if it's disabled in-extension. Only by disabling the extension entirely (in the settings menu) does it fix the issue.

YouTube probably changed the HTML in an A/B test for only some people
