Allow comments in channel specific settings

The list of ignored channels can grow a bit long, so it would be helpful to be able to add a comment after each channel id with human-friendly names or descriptions, e.g.:

Ufoobar123456 # my favorite foo bar channel

[ajayyy]

At the moment you can put a "comment" above the channel name by just putting any text there

But in-line comments could be useful as well
