Give an option to make the indexing of the zootelkeeper to be not automatic

Would love if there's an option to make the zootelkeeper not automatic in indexing so that I can just press generate to generate or update the indexes.

The automatic indexing feature of zootelkeeper messes up with my syncthing creating multiple sync conflict files.

I tried it and I don't like how it feels compared to zootelkeeper. manually typing %% waypoint %% just to make it generate.
Folder Index is just code block not actual links.

I like how zootelkeeper does it, just make it not automatic.
