Add referrers, OCI subject, sha512 mount, digest validation, and nondistributable layer fixes so the local source registry passes OCI conformance and the official community E2E paths are reproducible.
Capture the local registry data and OCI conformance result artifacts used to verify the v4.3.2 test run so the recorded execution can be reviewed and reproduced later.
