Need Help with TMC5160

Hello,
Is there a way to connect and TMC5160( from bigtreetech) with LANDUNGSBRUECKE. I tried to run the module with TMCL IDE, the motor is receiving power when initialized and holding current is working unfortunately when i try to run the motor its not turning. Is there away i can connect third part boards like bigtreetech TMC5160 and test the boards for my application

Note: Firmware is V3.10
