Not possible to use UART and EZ-KIT octal SPI flash at the same time

As @gmalysa reported in 601b087#commitcomment-175338696 it is not possible to use the UART and octal SPI flash at the same time. We should investigate why this is the case and ideally prevent them from both being enabled at the same time.
