Publishing on open-vsx #28
Description
There is a chance that the grype VSCode plugin may work in things like gitpod and codespaces... gitpod is based on eclipse theia, which has compatibility with the microsoft extensions API... which means we can publish to https://open-vsx.org/ (possibly with no extra development?).
