Can't install through setup.py

hey, i'm trying to use this for a new project i'm working on but i can't seem to install it. i run setup.py but i get errors in visual studio files, c1.exe for the matter. I've tried installing many c++, visual studio packages but the error still happens. This would be really useful for me and if you have any suggestion please let me know!
