The main purpose of this pull request is to add support of parsing the number of channels from the value attribute of an AudioChannelConfiguration with schemeIdUri "tag:dolby.com,2015:dash:audio_channel_configuration:2015" as defined by table A.27 in ETSI TS 103 190-2 v1.2.1.
