1. I agree with Juergen that “This section is normative for uses with an ANIMA ACP” is perhaps not particularly clear. Would it be better to write this as “GRASP based discovery MUST be supported by networks using ANIMA ACP” (if that is what is meant)?

Because this is about ACP/ANI usage context, added the "future" label. Current draft should consider the IoT networks context and GRASP is to be addressed later e.g. in the discovery-draft.
