i18n: document Chinese translation issues. Any ways to contribute translations?

Question

This is a document page in Simplified Chinese, and you can see that the translation is filled with a strange mixture of Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. As a native Chinese, this is difficult to accept, and many translations are of poor quality (inaccurate and vastly different from the true meaning). I didn't see any articles about contribution translation or links to Crowdin on CONTRIBUTING.md

Thanks for reporting this. You're right that the zh-CN docs have quality issues.

Good news: there's already an open PR (#9415) that adds comprehensive zh-CN documentation translations. It's been waiting for review since Jan 19.

To contribute translations:

1. Translation files live in:

   • Docs: packages/web/src/content/docs/zh-cn/*.mdx
   • Web UI: packages/web/src/content/i18n/zh-CN.json
   • App UI: packages/app/src/i18n/zh.ts

2. Follow the same PR process as other contributions:

   • Open an issue first describing what you want to improve
   • Submit a PR with your changes
   • Reference PR feat: Add support for Norwegian translations #10018 (Norwegian translations) as an example

3. Use .opencode/agent/translator.md as a reference for terms that should not be translated

Feel free to review PR #9415 or submit your own improvements. Translation PRs are welcome — we've merged several language improvements recently.
