Review Comment and File Explorer does not work on mobile for OpenCode Web UI

Description

There are 2 issues when using the mobile view of the web client.

1. The review comment does not work because it requires hovering, but on mobile, there is no way to trigger the blue + button to add a comment reliably.

2. The option to list all files is missing on mobile view.

Steps to reproduce

1. run opencode web
2. Access it with a mobile device and try tapping the "changed code", you won't be able to add comment
3. The file explorer icon is also missing fromt the top right
