Since the bot removed it: For everyone falling into the fake GO subscription payment redirect that takes you to OpenCode ZEN, please make sure to ask your bank to open a claim so even if they eventually dont refund you succesfully, at least they will be forced to start responding support. Save any screenshots on intents of communicating with them and attach it to your claim for your bank to process it.
What they are doing is not only illegal but also clearly deliberate, since no one ever attends support tickets at all regarding this matter.
If many of us push claims and reports through our banks they will eventually get this scammy payment thing out for future people to avoid getting into the same.
This is happening in the official website, where if you click to add a payment method for GO subscription it will charge you for a ZEN credit charge.
