MCP Toggle Not Working in Opencode Desktop

Description

I noticed during v1.15.13 -> v1.16.0, "MCP is not shown in the Opencode Desktop" got fixed, however it leads to another problem.

The toggle here is shown but useless, completely unresponsive.

Steps to reproduce

Load any MCP(s), trying to use the toggle.

• when "enabled": true, the toggle is never responding to any operation.
• when "enabled": false (modified through opencode.json), the toggle looks working but stopped halfway for no reason, and the switch operation fails.

Supplementary Information.

Until now the "duplicate warning" (26-06-07 14:16), the Issue 26237 refers to old versions of Opencode, the Issue 30996 is "closed" for issue doesn't fully meet contributing guidelines, but not fixed so I will keep the issue till it got fixed.

Updated to v1.16.2 but the issue persists.
