[Bug] /usage command fails with OAuth token scope permission error #14840

Bug Description
I'm unable to use the /usage command already for some time. I've tried logging out and logging back in, and even uninstall / reinstall. I always get the following error:
Error: Failed to load usage data: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"permission_error","message":"OAuth token
does not meet scope requirement

I'm also unable to run /feedback to submit feedback.
