[AMBARI-22995] Remove unit tests reintroduced by merge commit

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

90aca63 removed some unit tests related to deprecated upgrade packs.

133febc renamed NON_ROLLING to EXPRESS.

6912c65 reintroduced some of the removed unit tests, causing compile errors due to still referencing NON_ROLLING.

The goal of this change is to remove these unit tests again.
