[C++] CSV date support

[asfimport]

There is no support for reading date type from CSV file. I'd like to read such a value:

1991-02-03

Thanks for the report. Indeed, for now, you cannot directly those values as a date type. However, you can read them as timestamp64. I agree it would be good to allow specifying a date column in column_types.
