Add support for BSON payload to connectors runtime

Implement the StreamDecoder and StreamEncoder for BSON. The additional schema could probably be part of the custom configuration. Moreover, it would be great to add the data transformations (if applicable) for this payload format and implement the conversion between any of the other supported formats (probably JSON would work out of the box).
