If calling app needs to restart, any pending logins will be lost

asfquart does not provide any way for apps to preserve pending logins over a process restart.

This should either be fixed or documented

Another weakness to the pending logins approach is that it makes multiple load balanced or A-B servers impossible to maintain.

The approach to that would involve a database or other source of some type. A plugin architecture allowing an asfquart application to use its database would be a way to handle these scenarios.
