"Proxy support with SNI routing" is not displayed in the "Concepts and Architecture" chapter

Describe the bug
I pull request in PR-7471 and add sidebar for "Pulasr SNI routing with ATS". I've tested locally, the sidebar works. However, after merging PR-7471, the content is not displayed on the sidebar (master). See my screenshot below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/next/standalone/
2. Click on 'Concepts and Architecture' chapter.
3. Check the sidebar content in this chapter.
4. Error: "Proxy support with SNI routing" is not displayed in the "Concepts and Architecture" chapter.

Expected behavior
"Proxy support with SNI routing" is displayed in the "Concepts and Architecture" chapter.

The issue is not fixed yet.
The website build succeeds in https://builds.apache.org/job/pulsar-website-build/1072/console; however, the title is not displayed on the sidebar yet. I did not find error in Build #1072.
