### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR is required for the following. rdar://79590736 (ACI Spark on EKS - Error when enabling RPC authentication and encryption) ### Why are the changes needed? AWS EKS doesn't support SDR while ACI Kube does. We need this. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No, this is a recovery of Apache Spark feature. ### How was this patch tested? Pass the CIs with newly added test case.
