Thank you for upgrading ONNX and ONNXRT. Once the PR is merged and the new images are built, it would be good to update the CI images as well.

Upgrading onnx and onnxrt verions
Upgrading ONNX and ONNX Runtime to the latest versions as the previously used versions were outdated. This ensures compatibility and improved performance with the latest features and bug fixes.
