Code Review

This pull request removes the i386 and hexagon CI jobs from the .asf.yaml configuration. The change is straightforward, but it results in a number of files related to the i386 and hexagon CI infrastructure becoming dead code. I've added a comment to suggest removing these files to improve the maintainability of the repository.

By removing these CI jobs, a significant amount of related code for i386 and hexagon builds (e.g., Jenkinsfiles, Dockerfiles, build scripts) becomes dead code. This can be confusing and adds maintenance overhead. It is recommended to remove these associated files as well to complete the removal of these platforms from the CI. This could be done either in this PR or a follow-up.
