Updates the GitHub Actions CI workflow to adjust the scheduled run cadence and standardize job runner configuration, including moving one job to a self-hosted runner.
Changes:
- Changed the
schedulecron from daily to weekly (0 2 * * 3). - Simplified several jobs’
runs-onfrom a single-item list to a scalar (ubuntu-latest). - Updated the large apps job to run on a labeled self-hosted runner (
[self-hosted, deployer]).
