Update automatic deployment for nightly

• Change MUP to MUPx
• Check all configuration settings so that they are aligned with other production settings

Not so urgent now as I thought, nightly.apinf.io became green after last weekend. Some issues in travis-ci service probably.

Done, also Github register/login works now, as fixed env variables.
