Sort by 'Average Rating' available in 'Catalog' view while 'Star rating feature has been removed

Steps:

1.Visit https://nightly2.apinf.io
2.Sign in as a registered user
3.Add API Backend
4.Click on Catalog
5.Select any API backend

Findings:

• There is no 'star rating' feature available in 'Single API view' or in 'Catalog' view
• While there is a sorting option: 'Average Rating' in Catalog view

Expected Result: While star rating feature is unavailable, there shouldn't be a sorting option available either.

Rating has been reintroduced to the UI. Issue can be closed.
