User unable to 'Delete' API backend

• Local develop environment

Steps:
1.Sign up
2.Add API backend
3.Go to Catalog view
4.Click on 'My APIs' tab
5.Select API added above
6.Click on Settings
7.Go to 'Manage' section and click on 'Delete' button

Findings:

• Delete API backend not successful.
• Displays error message 'API could not be deleted'.

Browser:

1. Mozilla Firefox 48.0
   (Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Canonical – 1.0 )
2. Google Chrome 52.0.2743.116

Operating System:
Ubuntu 16.0 LTS
