Selenium Testing - Add an ID for proxy tab in API Profile #1961
Description
Right now, the proxy tab can't be open if element locator targets the attribute id=api-proxy-tab. Also, on selecting an inconsistent ID fails the testcase.
Also need IDs for the following elements:
- Proxy selector dropmenu
- all options in the drop menu: Nightly Umbrella, Second Umbrella.
