API labels misaligned in 'Table' view

Steps

1. Visit https://staging.apinf.io (version 0.40.0 )
2. Login
3. Add API
4. Go to 'Settings'
5. Change the API visibility to 'Private'
6. Add Life cycle status (eg. design/testing)
7. Save
8. Go to API catalog and filter 'My APIs'
9. Click on 'Table' tab
