• Where?
• When?
• Who? How many developers?
• How to recruit / Where to promote?
• Tasks?
• Prize?
• Refreshments?
• Swag? (T-shirts etc.)

Definition of done

• Book a brainstorming session.
• Document the ideas from the session.
• Create the relevant tasks for social media marketing, user recruitment etc.
