Add edit button to APIs displayed in My Managed APIs view

Add a button or link to each API under My managed APIs to allow users to edit the API.

Definition of done

• Create a subtemplate containing a Bootstrap button.
  • Decide how to indicate the purpose of the button to the end user.
• Add the subtemplate to the panel used in My managed APIs view.
• Link the button for edit page for given API id.
