Production deployment for customer

Deploy Umbrella & Apinf frontend to customer servers.

Documentation & scripts to "devops" repo.

Server installations done.

Umbrella had undocumented "features", that were fixed & merged to Umbrella master but will come in 0.9 release. Had to fix manually in 0.8.0 package release. Now OK.

Github login configured should still be tested & verified that it works.
If the email has already been assigned with normal signup, getting email already exists.
Better user login system design would have 3rd party authentications linked to the account, not fighting with each other. Room for improvement here.

Other: mail, contactform settings for APIKA.

There's issue when user has registered with basic registration & after that would like to use Github login, if user has the same email for basic reg & Github account.

But the release 0.1.0 is missing this fix.
