APIKA front page branding

Re-brand the apinf.io front page for APIKA referring to KAPA styleguide.

This work may include

• changing the Apinf home layout in Apinf
• modifying the CSS for APIKA project in APIKA repository

Requested changes

• Add black bar at the top of page
• Add grey bar with current top of page texts
• Change the background image
• Style the Latest API backend boxes according to styleguide, if possible
• Use the Robotop font
• Modify the images in "Are you an API...?" sections (pink circle, white images)
• Change the background colors in the sections below and the font colors
