Implement design outlook in boilerplate project #79
Description
Using the brand book, and based on findings in issue #66, style the boilerplate to match design specifics.
Definition of done:
- Create basic branding implementation (colors, logo, etc.) for each material design element
- LESS style sheets for current views committed to development branch
- Implement the logo into master template
