Change social media and Github links on Apinf frontpage

Change the social media links on top right corner and footer area of Apinf front page. Currently, the links point to Yogiben boilerplate related pages, but should be changed to Apinf related pages (Facebook page, Github main repository).

Also, separate the text login from social media links.
