Added support for enabling HTTPS for Prometheus metrics
New properties to control it
metricsProvider.sslEnabledtrue/false- Flag to enable SSL for metrics, false by defaultmetricsProvider.keyStore.location- Path to the keystoremetricsProvider.keyStore.password- Keystore password
