sonatype repo has no 0.3 version

I'm using this (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/no/arktekk/) as shown in the README. There is only one 0.1-SNAPSHOT version compiled for 2.9.2 there.

Please let me know if 0.3 is available anywhere and if it's compiled for 2.10. too.

Well the snapshots repository only contains snapshots.
