Upgrade patch/minor versions for non-ESM compatible dependencies: - AWS SDK v3.879→v3.972, Azure SDK minor bumps - debug, lodash, uuid, eventemitter3, socket.io-client - cheerio, form-data, protobufjs, joi, moment - filtrex v2→v3, hot-shots v6→v10, falso v7→v8 - oclif packages, upstash/redis, ci-info, fs-extra Deferred (ESM-only): got, nanoid, ora, tempy, chalk v5+ Deferred (breaking): async v3, js-yaml v4, csv-parse v5+ Deferred (separate sprint): @opentelemetry/* Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
