- rework make file to handle cloudflared download - update golang build image - simplify Dockerfile by using an s6 image - adds help option as the default make target - update docker lib version; faster Docker builds
- added network name param to assist in discovery
- watch for service 'die' events and stop its tunnel
- register tunnels by ID not hostname
- change tunnel config to include object ID so we don't have to
ask the api for container/service info in handleDieEvent
